4 Ways to Look After Yourself

As the Covid - 19 crisis continues further and further, as well as look after each other, it's important we look after out self as well. We've put together some actionable ways you can take! Remember Stay Safe, Stay Healthy


1- Connect with Others

As we have been told to stay away from our friends and family, it important we stay in touch with them.
Supporting each other is so important, especially during this time
 
Try to arrange video calls - ask each other you've been up to. Ask them how they are feeling. Remember, it's to Ok not to feel Ok.

2- Get Active

We spending more time at home now. And it's even more important than ever that we exercise regularly. Even going for a short walk every day will make a difference.

 Maybe it's time to start training for that marathon you promised yourself that you would run.

3- Yoga + Meditation

As well as looking as well as looking after our physicial health, it so important that we look after out mental health as well.

Yoga is a great way to stretch your body and relax your mind. There are so many resources available online to help you get started

Meditation has been proven to positively impact your physical and mental health. Reducing Stress and improving sleep are only a few of the benefits

 

4- Eat Healthy

Eating Healthy not only improves your mood but it can also help boost your energy. Eating a few pieces of Fruit and Veg a day is a great way to start!

 

Certain foods like Citrus Fruits (Oranges, Clemmentines) help boost your immune system. Yogurt, Tumeric, Almonds and Green Tea have also been proven to boost immune levels.
