Returns and Exchanges


We hope that you are happy with your purchase from However we understand this may not be the case at all times.

Under Distance Selling Regulations items may be returned for a refund(excluding delivery charges) with 14 days of receiving items. A refund (excluding delivery charges) will be only be issued provided that:

  1.  The items are in original condition with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  2.  The items are have not been worn.
  3.  There is no make-up, fake tan and other marks/perfume, smoke and other odours on items.
  4.  The items are in a saleable condition.

Items are thoroughly examined before being dispatched to ensure they are in saleable condition . Items are also video graphed to avoid any confusion. If any of the above are not followed, a refund will be denied and goods will be sent back immediately. 

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item(s) please contact us so we can resolve this issue.

When items are received for us a refund, they are thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our returns policy. Items are also videographed while they are being opened and examined. 

Please note: The buyer has to pay return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that we receive items on good condition. We recommend that you use a tracked/traceable postage service when sending goods back to us as we cannot refund items for which we have not received.

Please note: If you have been approved a refund, it may take up to 28 days for it to be issued to your account. A refund will appear into account after it has been issued. 

Please note any complimentary gift(s) received must also be returned if you decide to return part or all of your order. All complimentary gift(s) must be in original condition they were received in and include original packaging.


We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size/colour, simply return your items (in accordance to our returns policy ) and place a new order.


Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item 


Items that have been worn cannot be returned for any reason
